I had a great experience with PHAC. The price was fair and I felt like the problem with my AC unit actually got FIXED and not just temporarily repaired (which I feel is the case very often). I have had several experiences where I need to hire someone to fix what a contractor previously "fixed" and that is not the case here. Things get done properly the first time. Honest, fair and an overall pleasant experience. Would recommend!

It was Fourth of July weekend and my air conditioner stopped working. I try to call different companies but I was unsuccessful to get anybody here. Finally I found on Internet Prestidge Air company from Wallington ,New Jersey. Even though it was Sunday and the long holiday weekend I was able to connect to someone from the company and within a minutes the technician called me back. I didn't wait long for him to come to my house. He has tried different options to repair my unit however was unsuccessful because the main part was broken and the whole unit has to be replaced. Shady his boss promised to do it the first morning right after the weekend. In this point it was not really up to him to do it sooner because the unit has to be order and everything was closed for the holiday. That as they promised they came 8 o'clock in the morning with the new unit and by 1 o'clock everything was working. They were reliable honest and very clean. They put everything back after they finished, gave me a warranty and a good price. I would recommendPrestige Air to everyone.

Shadi and his team are efficient and easy to work with! We had an airflow issue in our attic space that was converted to a chillout/seating room but did not have good AC flow. Had an issue where I had a leak in my AC and I ended up calling Prestige, and thank God I did. It was in the middle of one of the hottest weeks with temps around 100 degrees and humidity way up. They were able to accommodate my schedule and came after hours. On top of that the owner Shadi himself came which shows a lot. They then fit me in right away the next morning and they fixed the unit immediately. Shadi as well as his techs were all very knowledgable and walked me through every step. Prestige Air replaced a 2.5 tonne AC at my rental property in Clifton at a very fair price. I have never dealt with such a customer-friendly company. Shaadi goes out of the way, I mean, really out of the way to ensure his customers are satisfied. I had pleasant experience right from the beginning, from negotiating the price to installation to post-install services. Case in point, the compressor on the new installation went dead after couple of weeks. Prestige worked with the manufacturer to replace the bad component without any fuss. I wish there were companies like Prestige (specially in HVAC and Plumbing where rip-offs are rampant).

First we used them for a central a/c install, they were competitive on price and got the install done when promised. Then when our boiler wouldn’t work they came to fix it in the middle of winter. Shaadi the owner was very polite and respectful in answering all my questions along with his employees. This could not be said for other local companies unfortunately. Prestige/Shaadi addressed all my concerns as they arose, especially given that I was on an extremely tight timeline and budget. Things happen, and when malfunctions did arise with the new unit/install it was addressed and fixed to proper working order. Can be hard to book appointments as they are quite busy and installation did take slightly longer than expected. Important to mention that our house was under major construction and they worked around my schedule as things changed to make it happen. If I could go back would make the same decision in picking them given the quality of the work. Slight temperature variations but as to be expected with a single zone for the whole floor. So far so good.
